Steering this transformation, Novotel Hyderabad Airport has appointed Dharaniswar Das as its new Director of People and Culture. With over two decades of experience across leading hospitality brands, Das brings strong expertise in talent development, people engagement, culture building, and HR innovation.
As Director of People and Culture, Das will lead the hotel’s human resources strategy with emphasis on talent acquisition, employee development, diversity and inclusion, organisational culture, and people-driven operations. He will oversee initiatives that elevate team engagement, strengthen leadership capability, support learning and development, and ensure a collaborative workplace aligned with Accor’s service philosophy and strategic goals.
Coming to his professional journey, Dharaniswar Das has built a significant career within Accor, serving in leadership roles at Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall, Novotel Guwahati, and Ibis Novotel Bengaluru ORR. Across these properties, he has championed HR automation, improved employee engagement scores, introduced performance enhancement systems, and strengthened learning and development programmes. His achievements include implementing new HR technologies, launching recognition platforms, driving diversity initiatives, and contributing to award-winning culture transformations.
