Hyderabad is fast emerging as a hotspot for ethical and sustainable industrial growth, with Telangana leading the charge. Speaking at the inaugural session of ‘JITO Connect 2025’ at HICC Novotel on Friday, IT Minister D. Sridhar Babu invited entrepreneurs to explore the State’s abundant investment opportunities.
The three-day business and entrepreneurship conclave is organized by the Jain International Trade Organization (JITO), Hyderabad Chapter, and was inaugurated by Union Ministers Rajnath Singh and G. Kishan Reddy, alongside the Telangana IT Minister.
“Telangana has emerged as the address of ‘Growth with Values’ and is setting an example for other states in promoting ethical and sustainable industrial development,” said Sridhar Babu. Highlighting the shift in industrial outlook, he noted that today’s business leaders are guided not just by incentives or subsidies, but by ethical, inclusive, and sustainable growth.
“Telangana is not waiting for the future – it is building the future,” he added, emphasizing the State’s strong policy framework, powerful infrastructure, and investor-friendly governance.
The Minister encouraged business leaders to visit Telangana before investing elsewhere, assuring that the State’s innovation ecosystem and administrative efficiency would impress. He also noted that combining the Jain spirit of ‘Seva’ (service) with Telangana’s innovation ecosystem could create a global model of value-driven growth.
“The real unicorn is not a company valued at a billion dollars, but one that touches the lives of a billion people,” Sridhar Babu said, urging young entrepreneurs to pursue socially meaningful innovation.
The event also featured Yoga guru Baba Ramdev, BJP State President Ramchander Rao, and JITO Hyderabad Chapter representatives Rohit Kothari, Lalit Chopra, Vishal Anchalia, B.L. Bhandari, Sushil, and several other dignitaries.
