In recent years, physiotherapy and rehabilitation has been gaining steady prominence, especially among younger people who are increasingly facing issues like back pain, posture problems, sports injuries, and muscle strain due to long hours of desk work, intense workout routines, and constant screen use. What was once seen mainly as treatment for serious injuries is now becoming an important part of everyday health management. Many young professionals and fitness enthusiasts are turning to physiotherapy not just for recovery, but also to improve mobility, prevent recurring pain, and maintain better physical strength in their daily lives.
Addressing this growing demand for integrated physical care, a new Advanced Physio & Regenerative Centre has been launched in Hyderabad, aimed at providing comprehensive treatment that combines physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and regenerative care under one roof.
Introduced by OGHA Health, the centre will focus on treating musculoskeletal disorders, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions through personalized treatment plans. By combining advanced physiotherapy techniques with regenerative care approaches, the facility aims to support faster recovery, restore mobility, and help individuals return to their active lifestyles with improved strength and overall physical performance.

The centre was inaugurated by Sailaja Ramaier, Principal Secretary, Endowments & Handlooms, as the Chief Guest. Guests of Honour included Esha Singh, the Hyderabad-based Olympic shooter who recently clinched gold in the women’s 10m air pistol event at the Asian Rifle/Pistol Championship, and Saraswathi Kasturirangan, Chief Happiness Officer at Deloitte. The ceremony featured a traditional lamp-lighting, felicitation of dignitaries, and interactions with healthcare professionals.
Modern healthcare must go beyond simply treating illness and focus on restoring strength, mobility, and confidence in individuals through integrated care approaches that combine physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and regenerative therapies, said Dr. Sandhya Goli, Founder and Chairman, OGHA Health.
