Across India, more young girls are stepping forward with bigger academic dreams and stronger competition than ever before. The number of girl students appearing for national entrance exams such as National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) and Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) has been steadily rising, reflecting a powerful shift in aspirations. From medicine to engineering and technology, many girls are now preparing early and seeking the right academic guidance to turn their ambitions into successful careers.
To encourage this growing wave of ambition, a Women’s Day campaign titled “Just Dare Her to Dream” will run from March 8 to March 14, aimed at motivating girl students preparing for competitive exams such as NEET-UG and JEE. The initiative focuses on empowering girls with the right academic guidance, mentorship and preparation support to help them pursue their goals with confidence.
This campaign is being conducted across ALLEN Career Institute centres in Bengaluru, Chennai, Puducherry, Hyderabad, Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam, encouraging more girls to pursue careers in science and technology.
As part of the campaign, girl students will receive several academic and admission benefits, including a free complete academic analysis test, recorded lectures worth around Rs 30,000 upon enrolment, and exclusive admission benefits during the campaign week. Students will also be eligible for merit-based scholarships of up to 90%, along with an additional 8% admission fee benefit offered as a special Women’s Day initiative. Dedicated counselling and mentorship sessions will also be provided to help aspirants plan their preparation journey effectively.

“Girls today are competing strongly in exams like NEET and JEE. Through the ‘Just Dare Her to Dream’ campaign, we want to encourage every girl aspirant to believe in her potential and pursue her goals with confidence,” said Mahesh Yadav, Head – South Zone.
Over the years, several girl students from the institute’s South India centres have secured strong ranks in national medical and engineering entrance examinations, reflecting the growing success of female aspirants in competitive fields.
