“These numbers are real proof against claims that Telangana’s real estate sector is slowing down,” the Minister added.

Sridhar Babu also emphasized the employment impact, noting that real estate is India’s second-largest job generator after agriculture, and highlighted the need to increase its GDP share closer to global benchmarks.

Looking ahead, the state is set to reshape its urban landscape with projects like Elevated Corridors, Metro Rail Phase-II, Bharat Future City, Musi Riverfront Beautification, and the Regional Ring Road. By December, zonal planning for Bharat Future City will be complete, and a groundbreaking for the 200-acre AI City will happen within two to three months.

“The State Government will continue to support the real estate and construction sectors, which remain key pillars of Telangana’s economic growth,” Sridhar Babu assured.
