Enterprise AI Gets Real in India as Slikk AI Appoints Former KPMG Leader as Co-Founder

Enterprise AI in India is entering its scale phase. After years of pilot projects and experimentation, 2025 saw a sharp shift toward full-scale adoption, with large companies prioritizing automation, AI governance, and quantifiable returns. Industry analysts estimate that over 62 percent of Indian enterprises are now investing in AI for mission-critical operations, up from 41 percent in 2023, while AI-led transformation budgets grew by nearly 33 percent in 2025. From BFSI and healthcare to manufacturing and global capability centers (GCCs), the focus has moved from proof of concept to production, performance, and business impact.

India’s enterprise ecosystem is also emerging as a global hub for AI-first transformation. GCCs in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Gurgaon are becoming testbeds for AI execution at scale, while consulting majors and Fortune 500 enterprises are partnering with AI-native companies to modernize workflows, reduce operational drag, and accelerate decision velocity. As this shift intensifies, enterprise-grade AI platforms are expected to power internal execution, governance systems, and complex multi-function operations where security, compliance, and interoperability matter as much as capability.

Against this backdrop, Slikk AI, an enterprise-grade AI solutions company focused on intelligent operations and AI-first business transformation, has strengthened its leadership with the appointment of former KPMG leader Kanhai Choudhary as Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer (CBO). Kanhai, who brings over 15 years of experience in enterprise strategy and large-scale transformation, will lead enterprise business strategy, strategic partnerships, consulting-led engagements, and product alignment, with an emphasis on translating AI innovation into real operational value.

Slikk AI, founded by Akshay Sole, CEO, is building AI platforms designed to help enterprises modernize operations and drive measurable business outcomes at scale. With Kanhai joining the leadership bench alongside Abhishek, Chief AI Officer and John Epaphra Manda, Chief Product Officer, the company is sharpening its focus on enterprise adoption and expanding partnerships with Fortune 500s, global consultancies, and transformation-driven organizations.

Enterprises today are under pressure to convert AI ambition into execution. Most do not need more tools; they need integrated systems that offer governance, security, and real-world ROI. Slikk AI addresses this need through AI-first product design, enterprise-grade security, and execution-centric architecture that transitions organizations from fragmented workflows to cohesive, AI-powered operations.

“Enterprises do not need more tools; they need AI systems that integrate seamlessly into how businesses operate,” said Akshay Sole, Founder and CEO, Slikk AI. He also noted, “Kanhai’s experience in enterprise strategy and transformation strengthens our ability to deliver AI programs that drive measurable outcomes.”

Upon joining, Kanhai Choudhary highlighted the urgency for execution-led AI deployment: “This role is about helping enterprises convert AI ambition into execution. Slikk AI is uniquely positioned to bridge advanced AI capabilities with operational impact, enabling organizations to realize sustained business value.

”With its expanded leadership, Slikk AI plans to accelerate enterprise adoption across global system integrators, large corporates, and transformation-led organizations. Core use cases span operations, execution management, internal governance, and AI-enabled decision workflows, supported by investments in enterprise readiness, compliance, security, and strategic partnerships.
