Industry Leaders to Converge as FTCCI Hosts Telangana Real Estate Summit 2026

Telangana’s real estate market saw a steady and well-balanced year in 2025, driven by consistent housing demand, infrastructure expansion and renewed investor confidence. While Hyderabad continued to be the backbone of the state’s growth with strong residential and commercial activity, Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities across Telangana also gained momentum, supported by better connectivity, regional development plans and rising local demand.

Hyderabad’s real estate landscape last year was also shaped by HYDRAA’s regulatory push, which brought sharper focus on compliance, drainage, lake buffers and sustainable urban planning, along with major drivers such as metro expansion, the Future City vision and the growing focus on AI City and new economic clusters.

As the market continues in 2026, developers and investors are focusing more on clear approvals, planned development, alternate asset options and long-term value. This shows a move away from building in large volumes towards more stable, compliant and future-ready real estate across Telangana.

To take forward conversations on Telangana’s evolving real estate landscape, the Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry, FTCCI, will host a summit titled “Telangana Real Estate: Creating Value Beyond the Square Foot” on January 29, 2026, at The Marvel, T-Hub.

The summit will bring together developers, investors, policymakers and industry experts to discuss real estate value beyond built-up area.

With Hyderabad emerging as one of India’s most resilient and forward-looking real estate markets, discussions will focus on future-ready strategies linked to policy reforms, infrastructure growth and new asset classes. Sessions will cover mid-segment versus premium housing demand, policy and infrastructure impact, Hyderabad 2034 investment outlook, youth perspectives and the rise of alternate assets.

Industry leaders from FTCCI, NAREDCO Telangana and JLL India, along with leading developers, investors and consultants, will share insights on Hyderabad’s competitive positioning among major Indian cities.

The summit is supported by JLL as Knowledge Partner, NAREDCO Telangana as Supporting Partner, Nikhila Constructions and Developers as Title Partner, and Truck Dock Logistics as Associate Partner, and is expected to draw participation from across the real estate value chain.
